Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm a Mother of 4 adult children, (is that an oxymoron? lol) 2 sons, 2 daughters. I have 12 marvelous grandchildren, a fantastic, loving husband whom I've been married to for 43 yrs. on Sept. 20, 2017. I'm the oldest of my 2 sisters & one brother. I've been a laryngectomee since Nov. 1999. Oh ya, I'm a redheaded Indian gal.

Some of my ancestors are Chase, Campbell, Wabasha, Frazier, Redwing, Bearsheart, Morelock, Moman, & Cress. My husbands family names are Bryan, Bowen, Goodman, Goodpasture, Hollingsworth, Burge and O'Dell.

If I've added your family member or friend & you want ownership, let me know so I can transfer it. I have no problem transferring. I do transfer outside of the FAG guidelines and have done so many times. As long as you don't delete the said memorial as per FAG guidelines, I'm fine with that.

If you find two memorials for the same person, what I do is, asked to have them merged. I believe the one with the correct cemetery gets ownership?

If you email me, please put "FINDAGRAVE" in the subject area or it will get lost in my junk folder. NOT--FORWARDED because that = FW:Findagrave, and they go to the junk folder too. The best thing to do is use the EDIT BUTTON & then SUGGEST A CORRECTION so it goes to my INBOX.

If you come across any additions to the memorials I've created or better ones, please feel free to email them to me using the Edit & Suggest A Correction feature on the memorial. I will be happy to add/change them. I especially love to get obituaries!

I have entered a lot of memorials with no cemetery because a lot of people don't bury their loved ones these days once they've been cremated, but if you know where they're buried, please merge mine with that one. I won't mind at all.

***"I am currently making Mount Saint Scholastica Cemetery a summer project. I'm working on cleaning the mold off of the headstones & photographing them for any that do not have photos. It's a big project & I don't know when I will complete it. UPDATE: The Monastery had the Eagle Scouts clean the headstones with D2 as their project. That really helped me. They're not perfect, but sooo much better. The weather is suppose to help with cleaning them, so in the spring they could be much better. In the spring they have a company who will look into refurbishing them. Yeah! Some are crumbling they're so bad."***

I have just changed my volunteer photographing status. I live in Atchison, Kansas. Very close to Mount St. Scholastic Cemetery (over the hill) and Mt. Vernon Cemetery (down the road). All the rest are not that far either since Atchison is not too large. :) If I can help you with photos, please don't hesitate to ask. I'll get to them, weather permitting. I will get to some as soon as I can.
May the Creator bless you.

P.S. If you've used a different emailing method, sorry, I probably won't see it because it's went to my junk folder. Thanks!

New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"

******Please Note******
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013 (This works great!!)

Go to your Contributor/Profile page.
Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you. Then just review and accept.

Way easier for doing updates to names/dates/places/plot #'s/links to spouses and parents.

You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section.

RE: Prayers
Thank you very much! This is my 3 rd round with cervical cancer and this time they did a complete hysterectomy. I'm just not healing well at all. I keep developing internal abscesses. God bless you for being a survivor!

No, not related, every time I browse old newspapers looking for MY relatives and find old obits - I add to F.A.G. - some people appreciate it - and some remind me a picture of an obit is not allowed. But I would love to have a copy of obits of my relatives!

Joe Craver -- KY Legionnaire
RE: Coleman Clay Moman
Thanks for alerting me to the other memorial. According to obituary in Kentucky New Era, Oct 28, 1994 he WAS buried in New Ebenezer Cemetery. His wife was still living at the time of his death, so her memorial is probably correct per her obituary and they are NOT buried together.

I had submitted his obituary to the creator of the New Ebenezer memorial, but he evidently no longer manages his memorials.

I have also requested the creator, Loye Hammers, to delete his duplicate memorial # 141167015.

Thanks again,
Joe Craver
