I will be nice.
Thomas Jefferson's WW1 Draft card filed in Chicago lists him as a barber, partially disabled and supporting his mother and sister.

1910, household 54, Bishop, Effingham, Illinois
Anna (incorrectly listed as Weatherholt), age 43, incorrectly listed as male, Divorced, born Illinois (should be Indiana) father born Illinois, (should be Ohio), mother born Illinois, (should be Ohio).
Daughter, Maude Weatherholt, age 6, Illinois
Son, Andrew Busby, age 16, (1894 Illinois.
Note; Andrew is later found in Chicago.
I do not know if he is a full or half brother to Thomas.
We should not overlook the Whitehurst and Neal families.
Hope this helps

RE: Alderman
Not meant to be personal only that much time has been spent on only my family. The other person obviously did not submit proof either. Trying to explain that there were several James Alderman in Bond Co at that time period. My GGGG James is buried at Lansing Cemetery and is the one married to both Catherine Warner and Martha Cantrell. One document is the marriage of his son William Perry Alderman. Would be happy to supply all documents I have if it would help clear this up. I had been to their grave sites years ago and when I saw the entry on your James I asked another contributor to go to Lansing and double verify for me his grave there. Which she did. I believe we have two separate James that someone supplied wrong info too. The one you have could be James Alderman brother for William P Alderman. Asking you to please help me get this one right. Many of us have worked many years on this line. If I am wrong I will delete my entry. I don't see how since I have visited his grave at Lansing.

Also, I do not mass produce entries. Mine is of my family who I care very much about seeing that they are done right. I and others have spent over thirty years searching these records.

RE: James Alderman
I am not saying you do not have a James Alderman. The James Alderman info on your memorial belongs to the James Alderman buried next to his son William Perry at Lansing Cemetery. There were several James Alderman in Bond County and several of them were related. One was not. I did not make a duplicate because my memorial is of James Alderman my 5th great buried at Lansing. Been to the grave and just had confirmed by another contributor. Just asking you to verify the info on your James memorial.

James Alderman
I believe there is a mix up on James Alderman. He is my 5th Grand and he is buried over at Lansing Cemetery and his old stone is still standing. There has also never been any evidence other than some ancestry family trees that his father Richard is from England or that his middle name is Henry. There was several James Alderman in Bond County in the 1850 to 1900 range. This was just verified by another contributor with a picture of his stone in Lansing near his son William and wife Elizabeth. Would appreciate if you could look into this entry and verify some of the info on the entry. I would like to connect his family to him but I don't believe this is the one. Thank you.

1910 Kalamazoo Michigan.
Sarah is listed has having 5 children with 2 living and married 2 years to Thomas Walsh born in England either 1860 according to the 1910 census or 1852 and died, Jun. 28, 1928
Kalamazoo County, Michigan according to his headstone in Riverside Cemetery, Memorial# 25881760
Also on the census is a (daughter) Ruth A McNeal, born Illinois, age 22, Divorced.
Sarah's Michigan death record gives her DOB as Aug 28, 1862, Illinois, her DOD as April 6, 1940 in Brooks Township, Newaygo County, Michigan.
Sarah does not appear to be buried with Thomas in Riverside Cemetery but Thomas's daughter Josephine Sarah Walsh Dokey is. Memorial# 25808639 so I am pretty sure I have the correct Thomas Walsh.

As for Benjamin Franklin Wetherholt, it seems likely he is the very same Benjamin listed as divorced in 1910, Bishop, Effingham County, Illinois.

I requested a headstone photo for "Franklin" in Wheeler Cemetery and also note you have a request for Anna from last year. I hope we get them.

As for connecting Anna to your Wetherholt family, I will do a bit more looking at my Ward, Clagg and Boster family also from Gallia County, Ohio and Newton, Jasper County, Illinois.

In your opinion, was Benjamin that went to Michigan the same B.F. that married Anna Martin Busby?
I found her son Thomas Jefferson Busby buried in a Catholic Cemetery in Chicago. How he got to be Catholic, I do not know.
