Bio and Links
Bio Photo A Big Thank You to everyone who has contributed info, photos, etc, to any memorial here on Find A Grave. Let's not forget our Veterans!

I'm a family historian. I believe we need to keep our family legacy alive for our future generations. Creating memorials for those who have gone before us is important as this is a way for us to remember them. Who they were and how they touched the lives of those around them.

All postings by me, are made to honor that person, and are done so with dignity and respect. If there are misprints, or incomplete information, please let me know & I will update the memorial. Please use the Edit tab on the upper right corner of their memorial.

I update memorials as I find more information of their life here.

If I have added someone from your family line, I would be willing to update it (if it is also one of mine) or if not, I will transfer the memorial over to you where they belong. Just let me know.

I thank all that have contacted me and hope we have more information to share!

I also invite anyone to ask for family history or would like to share or add so that we can continue to ‘fill in the blanks' so to speak.

Thank You for your time!

Thanks for the acknowledgement! We all have a part to play in all of the memorials we have created and enhanced.

RE: Mouse Cemetery
No problem.

Some times the death certificate lists one cemetery and for some reason the person is buried in another cemetery or the cemetery name has been changed over the years.

I am still working on Marion Carr and his three wives.

Thanks.

Mouse Cemetery
Is Mouse the same as Little Arlington the same cemetery?

I am finding duplicates is this is the case.

I am working on Marion Carr and his three wives. Death certificates are saying Mouse Cemetery and I see where you have them in Little Arlington with the same photo.

I am confused.

Thanks,
Corine

Rachel Clark Moorman was not married to James Johnson that you have her linked to.
His memorial has just be updated with information direct from the DAR file.
He had two wives. They are listed on the memorial #40422091. Rachel Clark Moorman was not listed by DAR.
Thank you!

I believe that Rebecca Florence (Weese) Chenoweth is buried in the same cemetery as her parents. I visited this Stalnaker cemetery in 1981 & according to my records there was a rock with the initals R.F.C. carved into it & it was near a tombstone inscribed Maggie G. Chenoweth Aug 20, 1892 - Jan 5, 1894. She died a week after her mother, their deaths weren't recorded, I wonder what caused their deaths.

Abigail Grubb
Hi, My g grandpa was Arch White and the history passed down thru my line says Abigail was NOT the mother of Thomas S. White. I know there is some disagreementwhen it comes to her so if you have anything that proves she is his mother would you tell me what it is please. My DNA test shows no Indian or Afro American history so that would seem to exclude her,
Thanks

John W. Zimmerman
Father of Francis Charles "Charley" Boggs
According to Frank Boggs (tger2498@bellsouth.net) on boggs@rootsweb.com, Francis Charles "Charley" Boggs could not be a son of James Boggs per Y-DNA. Have you investigated that claim?

William Boggs, son of James Boggs
Question: You show 2 of his children as "John Boggs (1739-1826), John Capt. Boggs (1739-1819)". At first, I thought these were the same, then that one had died a child & the other born later [dates don't corroborate that]. So, what's up? Thanks so much for your time, & for your hard work. My mother's maiden name was Boggs, so I am really profiting from all this information. Sue Mosser

The Grave Marker Picture
On the top of the grave marker it says J CASTLE.

I cannot make out what the rest of the words on the stone say.

The article says it has Salyers name on it. So were Castle and Salyers buried together?

Also do you have the coordinates of where the marker was removed from?

Thank you.

Sherry Gros.
6th great grand daughter of J Castle and Sowege Mary Swan
