Thanks for letting me know, the paper obit you had is gone, it could have stayed on! I created one for Mary Scott McCormack/McCormick, I am pretty sure this is the sister. Dan

NO, please leave the obit on. I had planned to put it on after a month if I hadn't heard from find a grave. I had just found her obit too, I think the last week of Febr. The holder of her memorial is not one to make changes or corrections, I had sent an email a couple years ago about the error of birth year to him, and he refused to change it. At that time he refused to transfer Sarah Jane's daughter to me and I had to go above him to get it transferred to me. I would love to exchange any information that might be different on the Scott family. I don't think I have anything down on John. Thanks for answering my email! Dan

Sarah Jane Scott Thompson
I noticed that you referred Sarah Jane Scott Thompson as "dear Aunt" on her memorial page. She was my 2nd great grandmother, I would love to hear from you. I had just sent findagrave an email in regards to the memorial holder for her. I had asked that they put that obit, and the card of thanks in her bio. I have not heard from them yet. I have complained also about her birth certificate age being incorrect. My email is

I noticed that you posted a memorial Bible on my Grandmother, Minnie Olla Irene Coates Parkers find a grave memorial. It is so beautiful and so fitting. I just wanted to thank you for remembering her, and wondered if you were related to her, or friends. I am always ready to meet family and friends and hear stories of times long past. God Bless you for the Bible, she lived by it daily......and Granny loved church and God, Granddad and the farm....those were her loves, along with family, friends and home.

Nellie Harkness Hayes
You asked about any photos or information on Nellie or Claude Hayes. Larry Dean Hayes, their youngest son, is my husband. He and their daughter Betty Sue Wilkinson are the only children still living. We've been pulling out some old photos recently to share with the family after the death of one of their nephews, Richard Moulson. If you could share an email or phone number or other means of contacting you, I'll have Larry...better known as "Dean" by his parents, siblings etc., contact you. One of the pictures we found includes Clyde & Francis Phelps, which may be of special interest to you.
Hope to hear from you, Ellen Hayes

RE: Della Eagleson
You are welcome. We took photos of Earl & Ena Eagleson who were next to Della. I don't like to add duplicate photo's to memorials that have already have photos. We trimmed the grass and with better light the pictures turned out better. If you would like them I will send them to you. It was a beautiful day in KC.
