Bio and Links
Bio Photo My wife and I live about five miles outside Reading, Berks County, Pa. I try to visit most of the cemeteries in Reading and the southwest corner of Berks. I've also wandered into Eastern Lancaster and Lebanon county where some family members are buried. I've had an interest in geneaology since 2002. (probably longer, I just didn't know it yet.) Findagrave has not only peaked my interest in taking cemetery photos, but, also in discovering and walking cemeteries in this area that I never knew were there. Not only have I documented many of my ancestors, I have been taking as many photos as possible in the hopes of helping others find theirs. If you are a family member, I will gladly transfer your ancestor's memorial to you.
Future generations will want to know what happened to their ancestors, and Findagrave is the best way to document them.

Whose grave are you going to find today?

(Find-A-Grave Policy on Transfers:

Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations, this would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. Please include your member number for a transfer.
I will always make corrections and add links when asked. Thanks!!

Correction on Bush memorials
I noticed that you have a Charle C Bush 61948673 and an Emma F Bush 61948655 memorials in the Charles Evans Cemetery and I believe they are the same as Charles G Bush 5234544 and Emma C Smith Bush 5234659. I am not related and volunteered to relocate these memorials to the proper cemetery a few years ago and at that time did not notice the similar names that you have put in. I wonder if you could delete yours and link Esther L Bush Coldren to the 5234544 and 5234659 memorials ? Thanks

Samuel Johnston
I am a decendant of Samuel Johnston (1824 1901) buried in the Aulenbach Cemetery. I appreciate your acknowledging his grave and the photo. I can't not locate that grave in the cemetery, even with help from the groundskeeper. The maps showing lot locations are very poor , unless someone has more detailed and accurate maps. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. My name is Richard Johnston ( Samuel is my Great - Great Grand Father) , and a Civil War veteran). My e mail, rajohn@hometownu.com

Gail Moyer Infanti
RE: Raymond Heckman.
You're are welcome; however, it is I who needs to thank you for adding the info to his Find A Grave site. He married my parents and many of my family members along with baptizing many of my family members, including me. It is very important to me to pay homage to my ancestors and the many people who positively impacted our lives. Again, thank you!

Thank you. I have added her to that cemetery. Next time I am down that way I will try to find the grave stones and take pictures.

Norman Geist
I sent an edit for you to correct the DOD for Norman #64451816. On Ancestry I find the SS Death Record and an Obituary record with the death year as 2000. He was first married to my Great Aunt Carrie Hoffman. His second marriage was to Marian Irene Mauger she died in 2007 but I do not know where she is buried. Thank you.

Alice L. Batzel Gaul (1886 - 1916)
Your Find-A-Grave memorial for Alice #67875256 has an error in it. Alice was married to Adam A Gaul born in circa 1871, not John A Gaul. I have seen his marriage application to Alice in 1905. He was first married to Kate E. Doward in 1893. Do not know if Adam has a Find-A-Grave memorial. Ancestry has access to both marriage licenses of Adam.

Adelaide Hendel
I have sent edits for Adelaide Hendel #62541074. She is not the child of Charles Hendel #62541043, she was his second wife. See the 1920 census. She is the daughter of Jefferson Keller #75666456 and Helen Stoltz Keller # 75666455. Please accept the edits I have entered. Thank you.
