I stand corrected. Thanks!
|Bonnie Dampman||Anna Koenig|
Hey Jim, I was working on Anna (nee Koenig) Ahrens wife of Henry Ahrens. On the newspaper obituary it says she was the daughter of Michael Koenig. I found a Burial for Anna Ahrens and it states:
Anna daughter of Abraham and Catherine Fiber
b October 15, 1806 d. August 21, 1894
wife of Henry Ahrens. Trinity Lutheran Church Circuit
Can You help me out with this? Do you know of this document? Thank You .
Bonnie Mintzer Dampman
this is a duplicate of someone who has a memorial 10 years prior to yours.

Are you perchance related to the Reams from Reading? I ask because George W. Ream's older sister was Lucy and she was married to John Fair. He died in 1875 or so leaving her with 3 young sons. I haven't been able to find any more information about them at all. I also cannot connect George's father, Andrew J. Ream, to the other Reams. Andrew lived from 1811 to 1873. The mother was Barbara. She died in 1902 and I do not know her surname.

I wanted to provide some additional information on the above listed memorial. According to family records, Katie was born April 16, 1884. Her parents are Charles Wilson Williams (# 87093006) and Matilda P Snyder Williams (# 87093162).

Hi. Neil has a duplicate of Jacob Runkel listed in Bellemans Cem. You have posted a photo of the stone there. I was hoping that you could transfer that photo to the original Jacob Runkel memorial. Neil is planning to delete the duplicate once this is completed.

Thank you for all the hard work you have done in preserving Pennsylvania history.
Since you have over 4 years of experience in this area, I was wondering if you are able to decipher the Fraktur writing on my great-great-great grandfather's grave location in Spies Zion Cemetery in Alsace Township, Berks County, PA.
You recorded the picture on Sep 23, 2012

Hi name is George C. Lorah -
So far I deciphered: Monument to George C. Lorah
Birth: Sep. 5, 1791
Death: Oct. 19, 1869
Age 78 years, 1 month, 14 days.
The next word is unclear "Gr. Zierchelichte"? Don't know what this word means or how it's translated. It appears to have something to do with wedlock or fathering children. Is this the name of the Spies Church book of records?
Inscription ends: with Catherina Keller showed 9 children, 4 sons and 5 daughters.
Thank you for any help you might be able to provide.

Wow!!! You have been busy. I appreciate all of the hard work you have done. It has helped tremendously. I am working on finding the children that are not interred at Epler's and linking them to their parents that are interred there. Hopefully it will help others in their research.
You are the best!!! Thank you again for the fantastic job your are doing on Find A Grave. It is much appreciated.
