I would love to know if you are familiar with the Betterbed family. I noticed you left a flower on the memorial page for William Betterbed buried inTotowa who passed away in 1899.
|Jenna Lynn Felts||Martha Marie (Earles) Apgar|
Hi Wayne, do you have anymore information on Martha. Was she buried at sea or does she have a grave. I added two pictures of her to your find a grave in case you were wanting them. One is her wedding to Halford Apgar. Any help you can give me I would appreciate. Thank you

I was trying to find someone else when I photographed the obituary of Mrs. Hattie Apgar. Based upon its information, I created her memorial on FindAgrave in Lower Valley Presbyterian Church Cemetery. I thought you would be interested in knowing about it. I posted her obituary for reference. With warm regards, Rhonda

You're quite right, Wayne. I too sometimes fall prey to "the easy way out" where I should be checking my P's-&-Q's, & sources, more thoroughly.
I'll give Mr. Hospidor a couple more days to respond (which I kinda feel like he won't ... there's been no message activity in his account for almost 3 years), then I'll begin dismantling my "Elizabeth Swick Vliet Philhower" Memorial. It should by rights be yours.
If by chance, Mr. Hospidor is a "fallen graver", you might consider contacting Find A Grave, and get them to transfer his Memorial to you, then take from it what you need onto yours, and delete his (newer) one yourself. That's what I ended up doing with a fallen-graver's memorials, who didn't respond for a couple years about several of my ancestors' memorials.
I've just sent you a friendly little suggestion on Elizabeth's. I'm a middle-namer myself, so I've suggested this convention for Elizabeth's.
I'm glad you got your mother's Memorial into your care. (Dot? Mountain View?) I'd have been mad about that too. I've got Hunterdon Apgar blood myself (4g-grandmother Margaret Apgar Eick, Old Lebanon Reformed Church Cemetery), and was lucky that its creator "Mindy" was amenable to transfering her Memorial to me.
Good passing a few minutes with you, Wayne. Thanks for your good work here and with our other relatives in Hunterdon & Somerset counties up there.
-Mike, Find A Grave contributor "R.Michael"
