Although relatively new to Find a Grave, I've been working on my family's ancestry for a few decades now; tying up loose odds and ends, and every now and then finding a most interesting connection. Of course, the fun doubled when I got married, and now I get to curate my wife's side of the family too!|
I'm a half-Northern, half-Southern living gal in the US, so take photos wherever I find myself working that week. Please let me know if I've thrown up a duplicate record, or got some details incorrect - mistakes happen to the best of us, and they happen to me too :) The most important thing is to get the data correct, so no offense will be taken.

Thanks anyway. Susan

Hi Gazelle, My ancestors are Catherine Hegeman Stryker and Henrick Stryker. They died in 1817 and 1786. Unionville Cemetery was founded in 1885. Were they buried somewhere else and then their stones were moved? Or do you know if the tombstones were placed when they were buried? Trying to find out the history as I am trying to prove that Catherine Hegeman was his wife, but the stones are too new and were obliviously placed many years after they died. The Daughters of the American Revolution will not accept them unless I have more documentation. Thanks for your help. Susan DeGroote

Hello and thanks for posting photos on this website! It appears that you have posted the same photo to the above two memorial pages (both in the Lamington Cemetery in NJ). The photo belongs to Margaret H H Armstrong, and not to Mary Ann H Fisher. If you could delete it from the page it does not belong to, it would be great. Thanks so much! I have posted a photo of the headstone of Mary Ann H Fisher to her page. Again, I appreciate your work on this site!

Thanks. I just sent an edit for Helen's middle name.
|GeoFear||Catherine Nash Duffield (#121264313)|
Catherine Nash Greenleaf-Duffield. Nash is Catherine's (AKA Katherine) middle name, not her maiden name. Katherine was the daughter of Thomas & Eleanor (Leal) Greenleaf.
Katherine & George Howard Duffield's daughter was Eleanor Van Dyck Duffield
