You are very welcome! That's very interesting to hear about William Hights background. I use to be a Civil War Reenactor in the Midwest and researching the soldiers of the Civil War is my forte. Thank you for giving me the background and if you need assistance with anything else please let me know.

A little late... I Do not get as much time in genealogy right now. Haddie was a beautiful woman. Thank you for adding a portrait of her. Please feel free to request to manage her memorial. She would have been a first cousin (twice removed) to my husband. Many blessings, Krista

your grand aunt was a beautiful woman. Please feel free to request the management of her memorial. She is in my husbands line, but more distant than you. Many Blessings.

And I will make sure he is registered with Son of Union Veterans Civil War society as well.
WOW right under my nose!!
Been looking for Mgraff or McGraff, did not think of Margraff.
Any way, he was been added to the Co E 42nd PA Inf Virtual Cemetery thanks to your find.
We are going out to get better photo soon since we have no snow cover (yet), and if a GAR flag is missing, have one installed.
Thank you so much.

Yes, this will help. dates are slightly different, but the town of Orbisonia, Huntington county , PA. is correct and names match to my research. Thank you for continuing to research this with great effort. I would delight in the pictures. Thank you and good wishes for your research project. j
