Hi do you happen to have any information for the parents or other relatives further back of Norman Schaffer? My Grandmother Joyce's memory isn't the greatest anymore

|Judy nee Ritter Martens||Stephen|
Thank you for taking the pictures of Stephen's family.
|Templecrone||RE: Anna Miller|
Yes, I originally was trying to say that there were 2 Anna/Annie Millers who died in 1952. Annie Burns/Byrne her death cert is available in Pennsylvania, which states she is buried in Sacred Heart. The other Anna Merkel I don't know where she died but you had photographed her tombstone in Fairview

|E Finn||John A Snyder and family|
I'm an Ancestry user and was directed to your Find-a-Grave memorial for John A Snyder, Memorial # 103610426. I have information from death certificates, census and newspapers that bring some of the information on this memorial into question.
I believe that the John Snyder married to El Yarnell and father to Allen J Snyder is actually John H Snyder, see Memorial # 35210080.
If you are an Ancestry user, I can provide links, or if you want to see the main documents, I can either post on the memorial or send files to your aol address if that is still current.
Thanks for your work in documenting so many of the dear departed and especially documenting Snyder family members.

|Patress Andrews Schaeffer||Schaeffer|
This it totally grasping at straws, but that is what I have resorted to in researching the Schaeffer name.
My husband's GGG Grandfather was Corp. John H. Schaeffer (1832-1863) died at Gettysburg. He married Elizabeth Henne (1838-1901) who later married a Wilhelm. John and Elizabeth had three children:
1. John Robert 1858-1942 (married Lillie Reber)
2. Ezra Calvin 1861-1939 (married Laura Haller)
3. Amelia Elizabeth 1963-1949 (married a Boltz)
John Robert was my husband's GG Grandfather.
They were from Berks County possibly Schaefferstown or New Schaefferstown. Can't seem to get past Corp. John H. Schaeffer. Would love to know who his parents were and any siblings if he had any.
Any of these names ring any bells?
Please let me know if they do. Any bit of information would be more than I have now.
Patress Andrews Schaeffer
|Kitty Pherson||John Matura|
Ken: I didn't know you had done a DNA match, but I did attend the service for John and met up with this old girlfriend of his (I knew her in high school); I hadn't seen her in all those years, but she actually recognized and remembered me. She introduced me to her (and John's) daughter, and I talked with her for awhile...a very nice young lady, and she seemed happy to have found them after 50 years.......hats off to you! Kitty
|Kitty Pherson||Agnes (Tomasovic) Yandle|
Ken: Lately I've been researching the Yandle-Matura-Tomasovic, etc. families. I graduated with one of her sons. My brother-in-law is related to them and went to her services today. I was happy to transfer both memorials to you; I know you're actively involved in family research, especially if it's personal. Kitty
