Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a second generation native of California, but my roots go deep into New England via the Midwest and Great Plains. (Genealogy and family history figure large in my interests.)

I grew up with a view of Glen Abbey Memorial Park, and my siblings and I roamed its grounds when we could. Although none of my family is buried there, I feel a kind of ownership of that place!

I like to take multiple photos in Glen Abbey Memorial Park, to give a feel for the place where people are buried. If I have posted more photographs than you would prefer on a memorial of one of your loved ones, let me know your preferences. On the other hand, if I have only posted a photo of the marker and you would like something more, let me know that, and I will take more photos or add something I already have for that area of the cemetery.

You may contact me at jfgilman at gmail or by a message here.

Jacks picture
Thanks so much for taking the picture for the Jacks. Strange that Marie didn't get a headstone for them, but maybe she never could come up with the money. Thanks again!

My grandparents
Jane, thought you might like to know that my father's parents are both buried at Glen Abbey as well as my first Postal Service boss.

Three grave info. decline notices.
Excuse me. I added your information along with my description and pictures of how to easily find these three grave. I had to use the preset description of why I declined it BUT I added an explaination on one of them and referring to all three. Perhaps you should check out each of the three grave sites. Really do not appreciate the glib remark as I strive to take care of my memorials in a loving and thoughtful way and to make correction and explain how and why I am doing things the way I am.
