My interest in genealogy began when I was 17 years old, and hasn't let up a bit after 40+ years. |
I am always honored to transfer a memorial to a family member, to give that loved one a lasting memorial which they deserve. If you find a family member among my memorials, please request a transfer FROM THE MEMORIAL PAGE. That makes it so much easier! Be SURE and include your contributor number.
Family is precious... past, present and future. Don't take them for granted!
"A genealogist's work is never done...thank goodness that this work is fun..."
God bless you :)

Sonja re Grave - Sec 13 Lot 17 Grave 3, 2 and I presume 1.
Thank you for taking these wonderful photos. I live in NZ and although I plan to come and lay some real flowers on these graves one day, I just wanted to thank you for taking the trouble to do this.
Robert Glass was my Great Grandmother's Brother and I have been researching this family for a long time now. Did not know that Uncle Robert left for the USA.(1874) My Great Grandmother came to NZ in 1877.
May I ask you, would the 3 bodies be buried in the same grave or 1 (Harriet), 2(Robert) and 3 William be buried in separate graves?
Thank you so much. Una Atkins, Christchurch, NZ

Sonja, Thank you so very much. You take beautiful photos and having them in my tree means so much to me.

Dear Sonja, You have made many photos of my family's headstones (my mother was a Threet) who were from Florence, Alabama. First, let me thank you for your hard work in documenting so much of my family's history. I truly appreciate this, since I am unable to take my own photographs.
May I copy the photos you have taken of the headstones of my relatives for use in my family tree? Many of my relatives are buried in the cemeteries of Florence (including my mother's parents, sister and many, many cousins). My mother is buried in Chattanooga. Her memorial is #160807229.

Recently I sent you a correction for his birth. His grave marker contains the wrong info. See the 1880 census where he was 12 years old or his death certificate where the info was provided by his sister Myrtle. October 1862 is the correct birth. I am using only the month because death certificate states 15 Oct but if you figure it backward from death date it comes out 11 Oct.

Thanks for the kind transfer of my Youngblood relatives. I will work on writing a Find A Grave bio for her. I appreciate all the work you have done to help others.

Could you transfer Edwin Barlow's memorial to me? I can add information and connect him to his family faster than leaving messages.
I'd appreciate it.
