I will only do transfers through the memorial's EDIT TAB and usually only within Find-A-Grave guidelines.|
I am a professional photographer and genealogist (over 50 years), and long time historian of Coleman County, Texas (over 40 years). Over 20 years ago, I, along with my wife, Judia, and Vena Bob Gates, published all of the marked grave inscriptions in Coleman County, Texas in the 3 volume, "Coleman County Cemetery Inscriptions." I also have these records online at www.colemanhistory.com.
Judia and I both continue to visit cemeteries, but I do all the computer work. Judia is an artist and does not relate to computers ... she is soooo lucky!
I have welcomed Find-A-Grave to help carry on what myself, my wife and others are doing to keep local history information available and not forgotten. I began in the middle of March 2011 adding burials that have not been added for Coleman County.
I look forward to hearing from anyone interested in the cemeteries and history of Coleman County. Ralph Terry, Coleman, Texas.

MR. TERRY I just discovered the photo you put on my uncle locke Tuttle's memorial page. Thank you so much ,I didnt have one and that is so wonderful of you to add it..GOD BLESS YOU..
|Edna ||John Jacob Wadley|
Mr. Wadley is buried at Hart Hill Cemetery in Callaway County, Missouri instead of Woodland/Old City Cemetery in Cole County. A copy of the death notice is on his entry for Hart Hill. I have no interest in him or his family outside of my volunteer efforts for the Hart Hill Cemetery Association, so please do not transfer him to me. Thank you. Edna M.

Thank you Ralph for the pictures and your time. I do appreciate everything you have done for me.
|Larry Mabra||Georgia Wheeler Story|
I sent a edit request for Georgia to change her mother's link.
Georgia's mother was Lona Clark, not Lassaphene Taylor. Lassaphene died in 1898.
Thanks for all you do.
Thanks for your work finding and photographing the memorials. Best wishes.

|Tami (Dayley) Greenwood||Billy Earl Dobbs|
Hi Mr. Terry,
I have submitted an edit to correct the parents you have listed for
Billy Earl Dobbs.
Find A Grave Memorial# 78805937
His death certificate shows his parents as William Richardson Dobbs and Rosie May (Johnson) Dobbs. Rosie is the informant on the death certificate. You show his brother, Robert Milam Dobbs, as his father.
|Patricia Williams Curry||Coleman City Cemetery|
Ralph, thank you so much for posting the photos of the markers and their family plot for Stephen Olin and Emma Lane Cotton, Preston P. and Annie Melville Lane Reynolds, and Richard Lane Reynolds to their memorials. Pictures make memorials so much nicer and are such valuable tools for researchers. I appreciate your help and your dedication to those who have gone before us. Happy 4th of July, Pat
