Bio Photo "We were talking about what it was like to spend one's childhood in little towns like these, buried in wheat and corn, under stimulating extremes of climate: burning summers when the world lies green and billowy beneath a brilliant sky, when one is fairly stifled in vegetation, in the color and smell of strong weeds and heavy harvests; blustery winters with little snow, when the whole country is stripped bare and gray as sheet-iron. We agreed that no one who had not grown up in a little prairie town could know anything about it."

RE: Thank you
Glad I could help! It was dumb luck, I had photographed it as I worked through Mausoleum #2 a week ago. I'd be happy to get the photo you've requested for Emmett Casey as well, but unless you want to wait until "lightning strikes twice", you may want to call the Alta Mesa office (650-493-1041) and ask for a precise interment location. Add that to the memorial and then I can find it!

Good luck, Mark

Carl Anderson - Strand Cemetery
I have been notified that I mistakenly made a memorial for Carl Anderson, not knowing that you already had one made. My memorial includes a cemetery photo and links to family but I would be happy to transfer it to you and then you could delete your memorial #63701595. If you would go to memorial #95232227 and by using the edit tab, ask for the transfer to you.

Boggs in Lake Cemetery
I have been trying to figure this out. You have requested a picture for Lottie Boggs. This is what I have found out.
She is in section L lot 35. I keep looking and looking.
The three in that plot are:
Daughter Mother Daughter
Myrtle Mary Lottie

The cemetery book shows that this is Lottie Boggs and looking up in the Death Cert. There is not a Lottie Boggs or Lottie Steely. I did find a Mary Steely and Lottie Boggs was the person that gave the information. It also showed Mary came from Tipton which I believe is where Lottie's husband died.
I think this is your Lottie Boggs and they just buried her with her mother and sister to save money. I will be happy to post this on her page but I wanted to see what you thought first.
