Asa Dodge's second stone
Thanks so much for posting the image of Asa's second (and maybe his original stone). He died several years before his wife, so it would make sense he had his own solitary stone. He is listed in the 1850 census as a Mariner. Appreciated the help!

Cheers, Jay in Connecticut

RE: Capt Samuel Dizer, Jr
Thank you so much... I visited the Captain at Seaview Cemetery yesterday! He's happy to have his wife memorialized along with his two sons. Such tragedy, in less than 17 months the Capt lost a son, his wife and then another son. The Capt. would be reunited with his little family not long after however. May they all rest in peace!

Warm regards,

Cindy - can you give me a bit more information about your Bateman family? Birth dates/years, death, etc.

Unfortunately, no. The only stones were for the large Boehm stone and a smaller one beside for Walter. I will be going back this weekend, I'll check and make sure I did not miss anyone. I typically take pictures of everyone with the same surname in a plot, just in case.

Please forgive my excessive delay in thanking you for taking photos of the marker for the husband of my great grand aunt Mary Lermond. May I have your permission to use a copy of one of the photos in my family tree? I will give you proper credit in the caption.

I have been out in the last few weeks taking photos. It is wonderful to be able to do so after such a long cold & snowy winter.
