Not Buried in SC.
Although we had my dad's name (Earl Hicks Harnish) listed on a grave stone along side my mother (Thelma M Clark), my dad is actually buried in
Phoenix, Maricopa, Arizona.
We could not afford the cost of having him moved to SC.

re: Hewitt grave photos
Thank you so much for getting the photos. The Hewitts were my great-aunt and her husband. I only met them briefly, once, when I was too young to remember much about them, but my mother always spoke fondly of Aunt Jane. Uncle Kenneth took care of another my mother's cousins when he was going through a serious depressive episode and brought him 'round. I wish I'd known them better.

Paul was our mail man in Oelwein. I would have given him up . Find A Grave ASKS not to put on living souls. I checked and he didn't come up when I searched. God Bless
