Walnut Creek Cemetery
I see that you attempted to visit Walnut Creek Cemetery in Bastrop County to fulfill some photo requests. You visited Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery at Rockne by mistake. I believe the reason you went to Sacred Heart by mistake was that Walnut Creek Cemetery was said at that time to be also known as Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. That was an error and caused the confusion. It has since been corrected by find a grave.

I recently visited Walnut Creek Cemetery and have posted pictures of the few tombstones that are there. I'm writing to ask you to please remove the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery gate picture that you put on these memorials at Walnut Creek:

Bernard Probst # 11085696
Anton Valenta # 11085430
Robert Beck # 11085438

You took a picture of the grave of Philip Goertz at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery and posted that picture to his memorial at Walnut Creek Cemetery. Philip is not buried at Walnut Creek and his memorial should not be at the Walnut Creek Cemetery. Could you please remove the picture you put on Philip Goertz memorial # 41968844.

I have informed the creator of the Philip Goertz memorial at Walnut Creek that he is not buried there. That person should delete the incorrect memorial once you remove the picture that you put on.

Philip Goertz has had a memorial on the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery site for a long time and it gives a lot of information about him. If you want to look at his memorial at Sacred Heart it is # 23129161.

Thanks very much for taking care of all of this. And thanks for your work on find a grave.

Thank you...
I appreciate the time and effort to obtain the Ott photo which you so kindly placed on the memorial page! Be careful in the heat of this summer when taking photos for others...remember not to get overly warm and be sure to have water!

Mrs. R W Davis, Elgin City Cemetery
I appreciate so much you taking the time to go to Elgin Cem for my photo request. However, the grave marker you photographed is for the second wife of R W Davis whose nickname was Addie and is already posted to a page for Cynthia Adeline "Addie" Davis. His first wife was named Lucinda and I am reasonably certain she is buried there also but I could be wrong. Anyway, I am going to delete the page for Mrs. R. W. Davis until I have more information to back up her burial location. Thanks so much for your help and welcome to Findagrave.
