I love genealogy and taking photos so volunteering on findagrave.com is right up my alley.|
I really appreciate those who have taken photos and set up pages for my family members and hope in some small way to be able to pass that generosity on to others.
If you find a page I set up for one of your relatives, I would be glad to transfer the page to you.
The web site is a valuable service to so many people. I really appreciate being able to find the headstones of my relatives, especially in areas where I might not be able to visit.
I am especially interested in researching my ancestors (Livingston on my Dad's side and Williams on my Mom's side)

Linda I am almost in tears because I finally found Pap Bright. He worked for my grandfather for years in the Potosi area. I don't know if you knew him or not, but he died before I was born. I would love to get up a history on him so it can be added to his findagrave page ! I'm so excited. I am adding a photo, actually, it's a painting that my sister did of him probably 40 years ago. He is treasured in the lore of our family. My cousin actually found a VIDEO of him riding his horse and walking around with my grandfather. The amazing thing about him was that he was handicapped and had to use a crutch or something to get around. This didn't stop him from becoming a full time cowboy. I am so thrilled to have found him and hope to visit his grave one day. Please add his nickname.. Pap. that's all we've known him as. We thought his middle name was Patrick so I've been looking for P Brights. So tickled to have found him !!

Linda, I already submitted two edit requests. Additional edits will be made as I piece together more of the Fletcher family tapestry. Would you please transfer the memorial 73257595 to me. My Find A Grave contributor number is 48781366.
I am working on a multigenerational project that covers this line of Fletchers from about 1850 to about 1950.

I'm not a relative...just a graver who works in Woodlawn.

Thank you so much for taking the time to look for Robert Taft's marker. Since you were unable to find him, I will assume it is unmarked. Thanks for your contributions. Greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the offer to turn the management of Henry over to me. No, I am not related. I have been working out of Glenwood and the Washington cemeteries. Many times when I start linking family members together, that will take me to other cemeteries. You are a pleasure to work with. We could use more Find A Grave members like you.
