|PLEASE USE THE NEW EDIT FEATURES:|
on the edit tab, you'll see this menu, click on the link, and fill in the blank. This submits the information so I can do a one click approval of your request. This is a new feature, and with volumes of requests, I find myself needing you to do this part of the work.
Birth and death dates and locations
Corrections and bio information will be added if you send it to me. Generally I do the edits the same day you send them to me. I get so many that I generally don't reply, but rest easy - I will do them.
I'll absolutely transfer memorials to relatives - I firmly believe that relatives should control their family's memorials. I generally extend the transfers to the slightest family relationship, going way past Find A Grave's rules.
I generally don't honor non-family requests. If you want to customize a friend's memorial, please do so - you don't need to control the memorial to add pictures and information. If its something that I have to add, edit or link, I'm absolutely cooperative for these things.
To the "memorial collector" types - if you are a solid contributor who volunteers your time taking photos and adding records, you would get special consideration on non-family requests.
Thank-you to those of you who have gone the extra mile for me. I respect and admire you for taking the time to do a favor for my family and I.

Well Well Well
I already wish I had kept my mouth shut. This cemetery picture is lovely. Has a sign above. Is a better picture than one could be made of the real one because you couldn't get the church in, only sign is one that is homemade and lists phone numbers for someone to call before burying in that cemetery. Other entry has no sign.
Could be all that was taken into consideration by someone who in their wisdom put this picture there.
Disregard my prior message. Accept my apology. Sorry
Thank you. Teddy

Have just discovered this website, it is wonderful.
Thank you for your hard work.
RE Picture entry of the cemetery.
This is not a pic of our cemetery. Ours is behind Mt Zion church. Has two entries.
First entry is closest to the highway 287 to the left of the church. Second is further down, to the right side. Wonderful fence was purchased and moved there many decades ago from the court house at Woodville when it was no longer needed to keep the cows out there.
Mt Zion church had a prior location in Chester, is about the oldest one in the county. Did not get a historical marker because part of the church was added later, the part with the restrooms.
Could this pic be the Mt Zion cemetery located south of Colmesneil? Seems like I have seen one there when going to the Long Star Cafe there.
Is there a chance someone could supply a pic of our cemetery? It is very lovely

10924561--Would it be possible for you to retake the headstone picture and zoom in on the writing under the death date. I have a friends who speak German who might be able to translate. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
