Adeline E. Kelly Leaphart Graham Drafts
Drew, It is me again. I am trying to clean up my tree which got all messed up when I transferred my information to a new computer. Would you please show all of her husbands? She first married Dr Jesse Leaphart, next she married Dr. Jesse Graham, and next she married Samuel Drafts. I think that is all of them. As to where Jesse Graham is buried, who knows. They were married just long enough to have a daughter and he got the fever and died. This family is kind of crazy about their burials. I know for a fact that his father, a brother, his mother, a sister, and perhaps he was buried on the plantation in unmarked graves with periwinkle planted on top of their graves. No tombstones at all. Yet his slaves had tombstones and guess what his brother Middleton's main source of income was ...brick making, laying and such. They say that most of the old buildings in Augusta, Ga were done with his bricks. I can't find his father's grave site or his father's. But I do know he was my Great Grandaddy's Uncle and Aunt Mary told me that they had a daughter buried at St. Stephens. I was too young at that time to ask where he was buried. I am just surprised that I remember a lot of what she told me and when I look for that information, I find that I remembered correctly and can find the facts to prove it.

John Bachman Rhude Meetze
Drew , Would you add his daughter to this as a child. Frances Rhude Meetze Patterson. She is buried at St. Stephens. She was not born when he was alive, but Aunt Fannie was pregnant at the time.

RE: Phillips family
Hi Drew,
I sent you a message to your email but wasn't sure which was easiest for you. I think we corresponded many years ago (probably well over 10!) and would be glad to help however I can.
I appreciate the compliment about my Dad's photo with his cows. It's my favorite of him!

Thanks,
Mary

Permission to use a picture you took
Hi, I would like permission to use a photograph you took of Ambrose Y. Seely's grave in Lexington, SC. This is for a presentation that includes R. S. Seely in a case study. It will be given several times, I hope, but at the National Genealogical Society's Family History Conference in Raleigh, NC on May 13.

Drew,
My grandaddy's birthdate was engraved incorrectly on his death date. He actually died in 1931.

James Durham
Unfortunately there's no stones visible for James Durham. I will upload a pic of plot N97 with GPS so it is documented and known to check later maybe if they ever clean it up.
