Bio Photo I live in the North Yorkshire area of the UK and am happy to photo volunteer in my area

I do work full time but will update and changes and corrections daily if I can. I am currently transcribing burial records for my local area. I also 'mow the rows' of local churches and am in the process of uploading the photos for these also

I am fascinated by local history and have found some wonderful stories on my travels as well as some very poignant ones

If you have any changes that need to be made to any of the memorials I am adding then please go through the correct Suggest a Correction format so I can process them easier - thank you

If anyone wants to use any of the gravestone images I have added for their personal use, please do so. I don't need contacting about permission and if any of the memorials that I have created are family or friends and you would like to manage them then please ask. I'm more than happy to transfer

Elisabeth Gibson
Hello, re. the Elisabeth Gibson from York cemetery, died Aug 30 1913, I believed to be a Elisabeth Cleghorn born 22 May 1837 in Hutton Berwickshire. She married a John Gibson, 25 Apr 1862 in Hutton Berwickshire. However I noted that this John Gibson in the memorial was 50 when he died, which means he would have been born in 1866, (4 years after he was married!) I have no record of his birth; help would be much appreciated , if possible. William

Wonderful work, thank you!!!

Concerning James Bromley memorial # 115675771
Is there any chance you made note of what was written on the stone?
Is the bottom noting a Henry Bromley readable?

Thanks, Elaine
