Hi David,

I've posted the photo as requested. His last resting place is roughly row 2 in from the bush in the photo. The chapel is in the photo and can be used as a landmark. If we have made a mistake and a headstone is found I will happily delete my photo. However we found lots of other graves and headstones just using the online Fareham Cemetery database and map. So fairly confident there was no grave marker.

Hope the photo of the general area is the next best thing for you.

Best wishes,

Lynn Sharpe aka FamilyHistoryAddict

Hi David,

Thank You for your quick reply,

I sure will send you an attached file of the item, also going through the items I got was also found an estimate from the General Electric Co LTD at 67 Queen Street, London dated July 10th 1919.

The estimate was for Electric light fittings for his house at 30, Strawberry Hill Road, Twickenham.

The estimate which seems to be for chandelier bulbs came to a total of 35 for every room in the house!

I will get some photo's for you tomorrow and send email them off to you.

Kind Regards

Hi David,

I have just come across your record for William.

Today I attended an auction in Plymouth, Devon and in with some items I bought was a receipt for Williams interment from the Borough of Twickenham.

Would you be interested in seeing the copy or having the original?

Hi David, was so excited that I got a reply from you about a grave photo I was kind of brief in my info on Francis. I have researched his family extensively over the years and I will forward you some information shortly.

Thanks again

RE: Francis Leslie Farley
Hi David, I want to thank you for your response in regards to my request for a grave photo. I live in the United States and as a young boy up until I was 14 I lived on Elmtree Rd and Mr Farley was my foster Father from the age of 5. I left The U.K. In 1960 and was never able to see him again before he passed. I have always regarded him as my father. I saw that you posted Ruby's site and I know that she gave him a beautiful headstone. Ruby was his third wife and I knew her previous husband before he passed. Me Farley's 1st wife is also buried in same cemetery her name was Jessie M Farley and she was buried in 1957 I do know she has no stone marking her place other than a little white pot that said MOM on it. I do have somewhere in my paperwork Mr Farley exact plot # will try to find it. The last time I visited a few years ago the cemetery was in terrible shape and under repair I hope it has gotten better since then. I'm 71 years old now and hope to get back to cemetery once more before it's my time but I want to see his grave before I go. Once again thank you for your response.
