Bio and Links
Bio Photo Born in Clarke County, raised in Monroe, entered Uncle Sam's Navy 1963. Retired USN, Quartermaster, E7, CPO. I was a tugboat Captain for the last 6 years in Uncle Sam's Navy Stationed at New London CT., submarine Base. Returned to Jawja, settled in Athens. Worked in the automotive industry until 3 yrs ago, retired and now enjoying thinking of what kind of mischief I can get into next
I mainly search the Family tree of Hooten's and Tarpley's which center in Henry County and Gwinnett County.
I enjoy riding the motorcycle and Find A Grave gives me a great excuse to saddle up and ride. I enjoy woodworking and doing my best to really screw up the assembly of a good model plane (Mostly WWII aircraft plastic 1:48 scale)

I visited with my husband- a friend of ours Chick Campo was a Tech Rep- and one of the designers of the Trident- which was built there, and we visited his baby.

Your profile sounds interesting. My husband and I took many motorcycle rides together. We had it towed to New Orleans one year for a Shrine Convention. (The year Ray's song about same was popular) It was great, being able to ride through the crowded streets.
I also, after he died- had a boyfriend for 7 1/2 years who was Coast Guard Retired-doing the same thing you did. Tug Boat Capt.
OK If I use the grave Picture of Eliz, her son John Eidson and dtr in Law Catherine in my family research? (A triple grave)

The wife-Mary Catherine Harris is the only sister with many brother of my Elizabeth Williamson Harris.
Thanks, Gerry Hill-Another contributor. (Vance Harris who has that grave and I are on the same line)
