Hi, MHK, I'm sorry I haven't accepted your edit on Aunt Louise Huggins sooner. I have not been on Find A Grave in the past couple weeks. I had trouble finding the details of her death, but it makes sense she died in Knoxville, which is close to where her son lived. She was my great aunt and I knew her quite well, but in later years as I married and moved around and she moved to east TN, I sort of lost track with her family. What I am hoping is that you personally know the family and can tell me how to get in touch with Joe Downie and Malinda's children. I am doing a family tree of our family, The Huggins of DeKalb County, TN, and would love to be in contact with them regarding info and photos. Thank you so much. june

Well, thank you MHK. Wild flowers were her all time, hands down favorite. My brother became quite the expert with genealogy when he was young (before the internet) and ended up tracing my mom's side back to the 1500's, I believe. His work is logged in the Library of Congress, and other places. Of course, it looks like you are pretty active with this stuff too! He also keeps everything in a program called Brother's Keeper.
Anyway, nice to meet you. If you want to know more about mom, feel free to ask. She was quite a gal! First female meteorologist ever to be stationed working for NOAA in the great state of Alaska. You even look like her. :)

Greetings, I hope you can help me. I am doing some research for a friend. I am not a professional, just a hobby genealogist helping out a friend. She gave me some info on her Nesbitt line but I have not been able to find any info on the parents of Beulah Law. Do you possibly have anything that might help with this?

I just found this memorial for my mom and wanted to thank you for the flowers, but more importantly wanted to know who you are and how you may have known my mom? Thanks

Kendall in Sunset Memorial
I have two more Kendall in Sunset Memorial Park (Don & S Leah). If you wish to have them transferred, I would be more than happy to do so.
