Bio and Links
Bio Photo My Harman/Harmon married into the Craun,Fifer, White, Howell, Nickell, Dunsmore, Cave Fox, Roudabush, Thomas, Stanley, families. I have been researching our families history since 1999.

I love when we can link family members or add personal information and welcome additional information or corrections for any memorials that I have recorded. When you send update requests Per Find a Grave Policy, please do not include the names of the living UNLESS YOU HAVE THEIR PERMISSION TO DO SO. Thanks for understanding.

Please use the EDIT button on the top right of the memorial page when you want to send a correction since it provides me with the links I need. Please verify and double check your info for accuracy.

Explain your relationship in the request! You need to make the request for transfer via the "Suggest a Correction" link under the "Edit" tab on the memorial.

Findagrave policy states that transfer requests should be limited to DIRECT RELATIVES WITHIN FOUR GENERATIONS. This would be YOUR:
- Siblings
- Parents
- Grandparents
- Great-Grandparents
- Children
- Grandchildren
- Great-Grandchildren

Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) will not be transferred, please don't ask.

Thanks, Ann

RE: Hulda Harman
My pleasure. I was glad to find this as I'd been trying to round up all these Merz siblings for a while. I'll keep looking for actual marriage info between her and 2d spouse A. Harman.

RE: Transfers
You know regardless of her passing the rules of FindaGrave still apply. You even state not to ask for transfers outside of guidelines.

RE: JC memorial
The same thing that has been happening since we took over her account when she first got sick. We will maintain them as we have been doing for the past 2 years.

RE: Jessie Harman
Ah, now I understand your confusion. That is not a "note" but a link that only appears on the manager's site. It is part of the "editing" allowed for the manager. If the manager does not want the general cemetery photo to show he/she just clicks on that link and it will not show up.

Just look at any of the memorials you manage (that have a general cemetery photo) and you will see the same link.

Thanks for clarifying what you meant.

RE: Jessie Harman
The number you have given me (87831710) takes me to a memorial that I neither created nor manage AND it does show the cemetery photo. Please check the memorial you would like me to check. I am not aware of ever removing a cemetery photo from a memorial and will "undo" that if it is indeed my memorial.

Walter Hale Wade
I have a photo of the Wade/Berry family that was taken in Raphine, VA in 1938, from a book called The History of Greenville, Virginia, written by our local author/historian John Brake. Ordinarily I would just post it to the memorial, but I thought I should ask if you would mind since you have the newspaper clipping at the top of Walter's memorial. BTW, his nickname was "Dutch". John's wife Mary Ellen is the daughter of Howe Spitler and Marie Berry.

Most of the Swishers I am related too are buried at Mount Hermon Lutheran Cemetery in Newport, Augusta County, Virginia. I live within a few miles of the cemetery.

Mary Litton
according to the obits Winnie Harmon was the grandmother of Mary Litton, not the mother, Cletus Warren Harmon was her father and Cletus Franklin Harmon was here grandfather, Winnie was Cletus Franklin Harmon's wife. Thank You.
