My purpose in doing this is to see as many people who are no longer with us remembered and connected to their family members.|
I DO believe in connecting those people to their relatives whether their place of burial is known or not. They existed, and also have a right to be remembered. And they are still very important links in a family´s genealogy. Also, Find A Grave is tied to Ancestry--which makes it all the more important.

May I ask you to transfer another Memorial to me? Charles Barrow was my great-great grandfather.

You do a great job of maintaining these records. Thank you.
Would you consider transferring my great grandmother's memorial #39106523 to me so that I can maintain it?

|Gary Thornton, Jr||Memorial Transfer Request|
Would you transfer memorials 8825951 Mazzie Mariah Richardson Martin and 8825511 Andrew Jackson Martin? They are my fourth great grandparents. Thank you for considering!
|seekerJay||Regarding: John Morris Fought.|
This man's biography begins by stating that he was initially buried at Trinity in NYC, but was subsequently moved elsewhere.
That would make this grave marker a "cenotaph". You can contact the Find A Grave administration to mark it as such.
All the best & stay cool!
|Chelsey Wilkinson||Thank you!|
Thank you for the transfer of my great aunt! I am so happy to add all of her information and family. Wouldn't have been possible without you :)
Hope you're doing well!

I'm trying to confirm (with photograph if at all possible) that my great great grandfather is in fact buried at the Buffalo Presbyterian Church in Greensboro, N.C. Find a grave has it listed #75034376. If anyone can confirm and let me know what the stone says I would really appreciate it.
|Ronnie Mayo||Park Family Cemetery|
I found the Cemetery but it is not located in Fremont but it is actually located on Hood Swamp Road near New Hope Township. It is hidden behind a mobile home in the back yard. I do not know if you added the Cemetery but I see you added Vicy Ann Parks. Another person added Berta Irene Gaskins but she is not actually buried there but just down the road at Peele Cemetery. There are 2 cemeteries across the street from one another. It is J.P. Smith cemetery and Peele Cemetery. I added photos to both and added Peele Cemetery. About another 1/2 mile away is the Park Family Cemetery. There are 9 people buried there. I will create another burial site w/ names and photos. Just wanted to let you know just in case this is a family link to you.
|Barry Whitfield||Memorial # 41821154 Bedney Thomas Gentry|
His wife, Emma Smith Huff is buried in the Huff-Blalock-Whitfield Cemetery. Find A Grave Memorial #38755398. There is also another memorial; listed as B. Thomas Gentry with the same birth and death dates. Find A Grave Memorial #34919700 buried at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The headstone for B. Thomas Gentry and Emma Huff Gentry are the same style.
Thomas and Emma had two children that I have identified: Carrie S. Gentry and Nannie Mae Gentry. Nannie Mae was the informant on both her parents’ death certificates. She Married Kelly Pink Whitfield Sr.
|Bill Gunn||RE: Mollie Gunn|
Hi, Yes you can make her a Williams. Eddie Moss Gunn was her husband #91040862. He was married twice.
Thank you very much,
