Bio and Links
Bio Photo The photos I have posted belong to me and my family, therefore I hold the COPYRIGHT to them. If you ASK, I will allow them to be used for your private family trees. I do not want them posted elsewhere online by anyone, which implies you own them (per copyright laws)and that includes ANCESTRY.COM.

Find a grave says: "The copyright of all photos posted to Find A Grave remains with the original submitter. No use of photos for any other website or personal use is permitted without the prior consent of the original submitter."

ANCESTRY RULES read, in part:
"...Be aware that content, including photographs, even if submitted to a site of which you are a member, belongs to the creator or submitter and you should not reproduce it without permission of the owner..."

"You must not use's products and services to:
...Post, transmit, or display content which is protected by copyright or trademark or that does not belong to you and that you do not have authorization for use from the owner of the copyright or trademark, including but not limited to email messages and notes in GEDCOMs. Read our copyright policy if you have questions...."

If there is a photo on a memorial I entered, that belongs to another person, please ask for their permission before using it also. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

PLEASE USE THE "Edit" tab to communicate about a specific memorial, PLEASE. If you don't know how to do this just ask. Because I get so many requests a week I need to update memorials quickly and the "Edit" tab allows this.

PLEASE send me any additional info, updates and corrections (please provide documentation)on any memorial I have entered,*by using the "Edit" tab*. Happy to transfer a family member in your direct line, as far as four generations out....IF that person is not in my direct line.

If you ask for a transfer, correction or additional info to be posted on a memorial by using a message on this home may or may not get done. By using the "Edit" tab it'll be done quickly.

***NOTE** I do not link to memorials with "Unknown" burial location. This is FIND a grave so if you can't FIND it, I can't link to it. The rules state that the burial location must be added in 30 days, then I'll be happy to link to it. This is not a free family tree site.

Thanks to all who have sent me info AND especially those who have taken photos and posted them.

Elizabeth Gorham
Thanks Sylvia Both Elizabeth and Jesse have been hard to research. I have tracked them on the different census. They had 12 children. Jesse may be buried in the Edgar cem. IL. with no headstone. Some say Elizabeth is buried here also, and some say she remarried and is buried in Ky. Do you know where she is buried? I have read the Thomas Gorham DAR research online. This was on Bob's filing cabinet. Feel free to email me. Thanks John Rogers

Harry McFarlin #74616588
You have my great-uncle, Harry McFarlin, listed as Harry Samuel McFarlin. All my information, as well as the Tennessee Delayed Birth Certificate, indicates that his middle name was Spencer. I will be offering an edit to link his parents' memorials.

RE: George Weston Sircy
I don't remember sending an edit for this one, but I checked it out and the dates you have are correct. Perhaps I hit the wrong person to edit?

Albert Bayless 58520728
You made comment on Albert's page that you didn't know where his father was buried. I submitted an edit to add his father as John S Bayless #3261070, who died in the Civil War. He was Chaplain with Co. F&S, 16th Regiment, Kentucky Infantry. He died of disease 4 Apr 1865 in Kingston, North Carolina, USA.

Frank and Bernice Gleeson
I would like your permission to copy the grave marker photo of Frank and Beatrice Gleeson. I visited that cemetery and never found a marker but that was over 5 years ago. She is my great aunt. Her sister Mary was my grandmother.
Thank you, Pennye (Wojdyla) Scheiber
