Adam Petri
Is there an explanation for Adam Petri (1748-1793) having a sibling named Johann Adam Petre that has identical birth and death dates?

I am trying to trace my Petrey relatives in Kentucky starting with Adam Petry (1784-1855) who was married to Fancis Oaks.

Many people show the line going to Johann Adam Petri (1748-1793) married to Anna Rosina Frey in 1777. However, they don't seem to have a male child.

Thanks,
MM

I am looking at the FindAGrave record of the above.

It has death ??? 20. Could you tell me what that means? Does refer to a death date, her age, ?

Thanks,

Karleen Phillips

RE: MCcartney Picture
As you can see it is very very old, but I feel quite sure this is what is left of the stone for that couple. Beautiful cemetery and resting place.

RE: John Kennedy -Find A Grave Memorial# 70651796
Very interesting! I will have to locate that book & order one for myself!

My Kennedy line is:
John Kennedy 1715-1782
John Kennedy Jr 1753-1825
Sarah Jane Kennedy - 1781-1850 M. Henry Goodwin
Anna Goodwin 1809-1873 M. Everitt S Ritter
James Henry Ritter 1842-1915

From there on it is Ritter.

That is amazing that they gave you the family bible! Not too many people will give up that bit of history. Do any of the pages list births & deaths of our mutual ancestors?

Great talking with you!

RE: John Kennedy -Find A Grave Memorial# 70651796
Hi! John is my 7th great grandfather. I haven't been able to find much information on him. I was excited to see that you found information of him being at the Battle of Culloden. I just haven't been able to find the documents.

Thanks!

I love the information you found for John Kennedy (1715-1782). Where did you find the information of him being in the Battle of Culloden & the ship he was sent to the colonies?

Thank you.
