Bio and Links
Bio Photo Please send memorial information and corrections to me by using the edit tab on the memorial. That way I do not have to hunt the person about whom you are talking as the link is there which will take me directly to the memorial.

Please do not ask me to transfer a memorial to you unless the request falls under the Find a Grave guidelines - "Transfer requests will be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren."

Thank you.

You are very welcome. It is so joyful when a genealogy connection can be made for one's family.
I'm happy you could make these discoveries with the information. Thanks really goes to Southworth Library for making the old newspapers accessible.

Oh, no -- please don't worry about transferring the memorial back. When I created it I thought I had more information for it -- but it turned out that what I had was for the dairy farming Lacy family, not the dairy farming Lacey family. And you have so much more information than I had -- I am happy to have it in your capable hands!

John Albert "Al" Heslop

Thanks for your suggestion.

Don't know if you noticed, but at the end of the memorial I noted his brother's Find A Grave memorial -- that was how I learned who Al's parents were, and that you had been working on the family. Noting that memorial was a reminder to me that after I did a little more poking around I was going to shoot you a note and ask if you'd like Al's memorial transferred. Since you're keeping on top of the family I'm just going to go ahead and do that. If I find out any more I'll send it along as a suggestion.

RE: Donald Kannus
It's great that you do that! I've been out taking photos lately and uploading and transcribing them on the website. I hope that it's been helpful to others! I see you've transferred Don's memorial to me. Thank you! :-)

You're welcome!! He's my father-in-law. Are you related?

Good morning -- no real need to transfer these memorials back to me
I have no personal connection to these people

I just like to photo military markers when passing through a cemetery as a small way of making sure their service to our country is not forgotten

have a good day Fred
