Bio Photo My family doesn't understand my obsession for recording headstones, uncover Markers and link lost family members. I have dug my way in the bushes and scraped many headstone for others. I love doing research on my family tree. Everyone should have their name etched in history. I hope to help provide this information. Currently working on my Daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT) and plan on working on (DAR) Daughters of the American Revolution.

Be kind to this web site for its mission to find a grave--tombstones not a family album unless you are willing to sponsor this memorial.
I have chosen Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery to be my goal to photograph the entire cemetery.

Any and all pictures can be used without any further contact, I took them for your use. Thank you for allowing me to help and enjoy your search as much as I do.

Find A Grave Memorial# 171733471
I've done some more searching. I also found another photo which identifies him as Marvin W. Logan. In addition, I called Cook-Walden Cem and Mausoleum and spoke with a gentleman there. I asked if he was born in MO an the answer was, he was born in Independence, MO which is Jackson Co. and the location shown on the 1830 and 1840 census records.

The photo in my possession dated April, 1992, Austin, Texas identifies Marvin and Wanda Logan. She has not be interred so is still living.

Please link him to his parents-father Glen Wood Logan 128567420 & mother Hannah Sophia Carter 128567397.

Thank you.

Just wondering if you know anything about this person. I see you have posted an obit. I think he may have roots in MO. I have a photo of a Marvin & Wanda Logan, dated April 1992 in Austin, TX and I know in the 1940 census of the family I'm researching, their son Marvin was born ca 1925. It certainly appears to be same people particularly since I have this photo.

You are most certainly welcome.

I was already out at the cemetery for Helen Hensley's service.

A few month's ago I started adding GPS coordinates on Findagrave's app for any service I hold. So when I was out there for Helen, I went ahead and did the whole family.

Have a great day.

RE: Memorial# 69222077
I'm sorry, but I am still confused. The stillborn infants were Ancil Stearns grandchildren. They were Thomas Harvey Starnes' children, right? Thomas Harvey Starnes' memorial says that his wife is Georgie Annie Starnes. The son of Thomas Harvey Starnes' memorial also says Georgie Annie Starnes. So, what I am questioning is why does Ancil's memorial say "his grandchildren stillborn infants of Thomas Harvey and Sarah Starnes"? Sarah was Ancil's wife & Thomas' mother.

I am just trying to get all of these relatives straight. I appreciate any help that you can give me.

I believe there are two entries for this person:

70529019 -this one has a photo of the grave marker and seems to be in the sister cemetery to the one Darryl has listed. It you and Darryl can get together on this then Lizzie will have all the correct info!

61560138-Brenda's listing for Lizzie

Lizzie also had a son named John Christopher who had polio and is supposed to have been buried in one of these cemeteries but there is no Find A Grave for him.

Re: Diego Ramos Trujillo # 177983666
Greetings Brenda,
Thank you so much for your efforts, but please don't go to any extra trouble. I didn't realize it was such a large cemetery. And it may be that no marker has been placed on this relatively recent burial site. Thanks again. Ron
