Hi James ~ I've been taking photos at Floyd cemetery (Sioux City), and as I was posting them, ran across your photo for James Walker #94012683. I believe it is posted incorrectly, as the photo I got for him was next to Addie Walker in Blk 441 (I put mine on, with matching dates). Carrie Walker (mentioned on your photo) is further back by the fence (Blk 425). The fallen stone next to her belongs to a Leighton. Can you pull that photo so it doesn't confuse? Let me know if questions! Thx!

Sorry but Graves Francis was cremated. not headstone.

Your welcome, glad to help...

Not sure what you are getting at. Can you explain?
|Elizabeth R||RE: John Flowery Bunten|
John Flowery Bunten's birth and death dates are verified by his death certificate online at
I show no children for him, and certainly not the one that is now appearing on the memorial for him; especially since he was born some nine years after his purported daughter. If you note, the asterisk next to her name indicates a "calculated relationship" from another memorial. I have no ability to delete that link, but I have emailed the person responsible and am hoping for a quick correction.

Thank you for the the photos of their headstone and for being a Find a Grave photo volunteer. I truly appreciate your time and effort.

That's too bad. But thanks for letting me know!

Hi! I see you have a photo request for Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland Maryland. I'm taking a trip there soon and I'm planning on trying to fulfill as many requests as I can. Since this cemetery is so large (about 80,000 graves) it would help to have the section and plots of the burials. I have spoken to Carmelita Walker from CHC. She said she can't give locations of these sites to me since I'm not related but she said if you call her at 301-568-5400 & tell her that you're a relative (or think you may be!) she can give it to you. She said there's no charge for this information. If you could get the info soon (by 9/6) that would be great! If you are no longer interested in fulfilling the request for whatever reason, just let me know too so I can cross it off my list. Thanks!

|OnlyMe||Susan Pauline (Hayward) Cowles|
This memorial looks "fishy," to me. It appears, to me, that her maiden name was "Powers," that she married Horatio Cowles of Belchertown on April 29, 1841 and then, well after his death in 1864, she married Charles Hayward on April 17, 1875. It was her second and Hayward's third marriage. We'll see in the am, when I visit the grave.

When I took the photo of Frederick's stone his wife Anna was buried beside him. I've sent a request to the manager of their memorials to link them as spouses. As a direct descendent if you want to manage their memorials send a transfer through the Edit tab and explain your relationship to them. I know the lady who set up the memorials and she is not related.
