My mother was a life-long genealogist and from her I inherited my love of cemeteries. Whenever I travel I stop at cemeteries, especially when I am abroad. It interests me to see how a culture treats its dead. My favorite cemeteries are Cimitero Monumentale in Milan, Italy, Cimitero San Michele in Venice, Olsanske hrbitovy in Prague, Czech Republic, Župna Crkva Sv. Josipa, Croatia, and Alter Friedhof, Freiburg, Germany. There are a lot of cemeteries on my bucket list.|

We understand. It happens to everyone. And to think....after all those thank you's, we were ready to dust off the crowns. LOL.
|Leon||Elmer Hamilton Tinsley|
Suzanne, I just posted the headstone photo of Elmer Tinsley. I also took a headstone photo of his wife Charline. However there is no memorial for her. If you would like to create one, I will upload her headstone photo. Leon

I'm hoping you got my email and were able to navigate the sources I sent. Rhonda
|Mike Porter||Burk's duplicates|
Thanks for noticing the duplicates. I corrected the problem.

I do! You are very welcome. I was happy to do it. Please let me know if I can be of any more assistance. Kelly
|Bill Vanderpool||Donald H Nigh|
I added a memorial for Donald - 181692854 - and requested a headstone photo. I am going on the assumption he was buried in the Hamilton Cemetery with his family. Please add any photos, etc. that you may have.
|James Woodyard||RE: # 114027357 Lydia Lanier Reese|
I would go with Lyda. She is recorded as such in LANIER by Louise Ingersoll, and in the 1910, 1920, 1930 censuses. In 1900 she is Eliza which is her grandmother Mead's name.
The only place I find her as Lydia is in the death record as printed in the findagrave memorial. In that record her husband is shown as RUSE rather than Reese, and her father is shown as J W rather than J D. So Lyda.
Thanks for the offer of the doc copy, but I have just about stopped my research and documenting.
If I can help with Laniers let me know. My mother was a Lanier.
