Bio and Links
Bio Photo Although I live in Oklahoma, my family history is tied to Missouri and Jasper County therefore I was naturally inclined to further my research into the Jasper County area. The first thing I found was that my 2x GGF, Andrew was married to Prudence Alexander thus making Thomas Alexander (b.1797 SC) also my 3x GGF. Unfortunately, that's as far as I have been able to get with either line, however, it was through this research that I discovered the Alexander Cemetery.

At first glance the Alexander Cemetery was a treasure trove for me containing 4 of my direct ancestors and at least 19 addition blood related relatives (10 Osborn & 9 Alexander).

Please visit my webpage to see what I have discovered about the Alexander Cemetery.

J. W. Hoggatt
Would you add to J. W. Hoggatt (Memorial # 31880520) that his real name is John William Hoggatt. It can be added where you can put a message. I'm sure you want to leave the top just like his stone has. Thank U.

White Rock Church cemetery
I see you have added records of Hoggatt and Hogan into the cemetery memorial on Find A Grave. I'm sure your not connected to them, but would you be able to tell me just where the cemetery is located and where I might find records of J. W. Hoggatt, wanting to find just when he died so I can look for an obituary.
Thank you so much for all you have did for Find A Grave, it helps so many people in research.
Thanks Ola Mae A Hogan researcher. J. W. Hoggatt mother was a Hogan.

Actual Number of Graves
I grew up on 14th Street and many of the markers have disappeared. In communication with someone who has family buried there and there are actually more like 200 graves there. Many of the markers have disappeared from the time I was living nearby (1957 through 1977. I am trying to convince the families to provide a spreadsheet.

Elsie Drew Perryman Cemetery

You have images for Emma Drew's Headstone attached to the memorial of Elsie Drew, her infant. Can you please delete them and let me know when you have done so? Thanks!
