|Mike Williams||Transfer Memorial# 17682987|
Would it be possible to transfer Memorial# 17682987 for
John Christopher Williams to me? My great Grandfather, Michael Williams
|Thomas Dillon||RE: Grant M. Dillon vs Grant H. Dillon|
I believe my grandfather, Grant M. Dillon, is misplaced in the family of Abraham and Susan Dillon. According to the 1880 federal census records, Abraham/Susan's son was Grant H. Dillon, born in 1868. Grant M. was born in 1862 and appears in the 1870 census as an 8y old in the family of my great grandparents, Jonathan and Jane Dillon. I would like to have the correction made so I can properly place my grandfather's memorial in association with his parents rather than with Abraham and Susan. As he is my paternal grandfather, I would like his memorial (Grant M.) transferred to me for management and upkeep.

Elizabeth Barker Winslow is a [very] distant relative in my tree, but I noticed something on her Find-a-Grave listing that seems to be inconsistent.
The first paragraph states that "their children" (Elizabeth & Gov. Edward Winslow) accompanied them at their arrival in Plymouth on the Mayflower. But, the second paragraph states that at the time of her death, she left behind no known children.
I've found four named children and one unnamed infant with father Edward Winslow, but their birthdates all seem to be after 1621, when Elizabeth died. Were they children of his second wife, Susanna White?
I'm definitely confused....... Can you help?
Thank you very much -

Hi B. Baker,
I'm a Great-Granddaughter of Elizabeth Baker and am just curious about the name of the cemetery. Grandma Baker's maiden name was Johnson and she was from Buckhorn. I believe the cemetery is JOHNSON and NOT JohnsTon. Also, I believe this is the Johnson family cemetery and that their name was not JohnsTon. Do you know or can you find out which is correct? I would sure appreciate your doing so. It is very important that we get the name right.
Also, there are two identical pictures of Grandma Baker on her memorial page. We need to get one of them removed.
Grandma Baker was a beautiful woman. My Grandmother, Margaret Baker Walker looked just like her. Aunt Spice, Sally and Martha looked nothing like Grandma Baker.
You are on my Ancestry.com page as a close relative! I would like to know you better.
|Anthony||Samuel E. McQueen and Family|
Hi, Please move Samuel E & his wife and dexcendants to the correct Cemetery: Samuel E. McQueen Family Cemetery, as it is the correct McQueen Cemetery. Samuel's father Thomas is buried in the McQueen Cemetery that was located on Cole Springs Road, behind the Calvary Baptist Church Recreational Building and was enumerated on March 9, 1982 by Jeffrey L. Carrier. I am not exactly certain which of two McQueen Cemeteries that are also located in/around Mountain City it is though.

Could you tell me what town the Briggs Farm Cemetery is in Oswego County and if it's on private property?

I should be able to get out there this weekend and get a picture of the cemetery.
|Brianne & Ron B||Thank you!!|
Thank you for transferring Suzanne Bennett to me. When I have time I will add info to her memorial. I'm sure my Aunt Anita will give me more to put on her page.
Thanks for the transfers.
