Margaret Ann Merryman Haught

is also the mother (and my 3rd great grandmother) of:

Amanda Margaret Haught McMonigal (my 2nd great grandmother)

I'm hoping that since you are the maintainer of both of these that you will be able to connect them on Find A Grave.

Fred Reinhardt #94150735
Hi Steve, You provided the parents of Fred Reinhardt that is buried in the Apostolic Cemetery in Apostolic Cemetery, Elgin, Clayton County, Iowa. His mother's maiden name was Anna Marie (Mary) Weinman. Mary (Weinman) Reinhardt was the sister to my 2nd great grandfather, Andrew Weinman. Are you related to the Reinhardt or Weinman family? Thanks, Virginia

I was surprised to find him in this particular cemetery. Sad he was only 21. Thanks for your note.

Also re: Heinrich Friedlein

Are you able to access Ancestry?

I found your Friedleins by researching my Fridlins. Sometimes an "e" is thrown into my mother's maiden name of Fridlin. This family came from Bamlach, Schliengen, Germany; and Mulhouse, Alsace Lorraine.

What do you know?

Hey Steve.....

Do you have the full name I initially made an edit suggestion for and help me out a little Bit?

I experience a little problem of concentration issues........

You're welcome, Steve. An Apple phone is very useful for this kind of work!

RE: Photos at strawberry Point
I am so glad to get your message.. first I am very glad you liked the photos.. I take photos like I would like to see if I was not around to see it in person.. I do not care for the photos that just show a close up of the stone and the writing I would rather take a photo that shows the entire stone and write below the photo what is written on it if you can't read it by the photo.. I also like to take a family plot photo because sometimes people do not realize that someone is buried in the family plot.. and finally I enjoy seeing the area around the marker so you can get a feel for their last resting spot. :-) also not sure you are aware but they are not actually buried in Strawberry Point Cemetery.. there is a section of it that is actually St Mary's cemetery and they re buried there. Almost didn't look in there for them but as I drove around I happened to see the Hennessy large family marker.. I was just about to tell you that the other John who was listed in the family plot did not have a memorial page but then a "light" came on and I checked Saint Mary's in Clayton County and found all four listed there with photos already posted!
