I was born and raised in Jasper County, Indiana. My family has been here since the 1830's. My family research started as a girl scout project and has never stopped. I am familiar with most early families in the county and most cemeteries. I transplanted my husband here from Tennessee and we are raising our 3 boys, the 5th generation, on Stroup land (my mothers family).|

Mary, Thank you so much for answering. If you could get the names, I would appreciate it. Even if it is only Olive's. On the 1880 census I show names of William, Ollie, James, Samuel, susan, and Solomon. Which girl also goes by Nancy? I have the 1900 census that shows Olive going by Anna so I guess they liked to change around their names alot back then. I would appreciate any photos you have. I think she was such an interesting women.

I would like to ask permission to use your photo of the above named memorial in my family history and on Ancestry.com. I would, of course, credit you with the photo.
Thank you for the work you do. It is appreciated.

Hi, I am the great granddaughter of Olive Ann Rees Watson. I would like to know if you know the names of the children in the order they are in, in the picture. Olive died when I was small, so I have no idea what she looked like. You can also contact me at email@example.com
|Joanne Swart||John T. Faris|
I found a biographical sketch of John T. Faris that I thought you might want to add to his memorial. Let me know if you want it.

I attempted to connect Sarah to her parents Alva and Elizabeth Cockerill Yeoman but did not find the edit button for family relationship available. During a recent trip to the DAR library in Wasington DC, I copied the complete file on Stepehn Yeoman's descendants. Info there confirmed the relationship. Could you please make the connection?
