RE: Harold L. Adams
Hi Jim, I appreciate the suggestion. I research every soldier through the Archives, Ancestry, Newspapers, Findagrave, etc. I have been able to get confirmed information on about 80% of the 1230 soldiers who passed through Company A from Nov 1942 to May 1945 (lots of attrition). It's more difficult for soldiers with fairly common names, such as Harold L. Adams, unless I can correlate a hometown or parent's name in a newspaper article or some other record. Fortunately, along the way I have received lots of help from good people like you who make this search fun and enjoyable. Thanks again, James

Harold L. Adams
Hi Jim,
Thanks very much for taking the photo of Mr. Adams gravesite. Unfortunately, it confirms that he is not the Harold L. Adams from my dad's WWII infantry company. The description on findagrave says 1924-2000, but your picture of the tombstone clearly says 2001. If the dates were the ones I was looking for, I was hoping there would be a rank or army unit inscription on the gravestone. This was a big help. Thanks again! Best regards, James

Helen Sanada
Mr. Webster, thanks so much for taking the time to photograph the resting place of Helen Sanada. It is a wonderful photo. There was a photo of the marker on a competing website that literally has a tire tread mark across the stone!
Thanks again for the great picture.
Request permission to upload the photo to my tree on Ancestry.
Thank you.
