..in tackling the dead, the pleasure of learning outweighs the pain.|
-- from Alan Bradley's Speaking from Among the Bones
I appreciate volunteers helping me with my family tree. I want to "pay it forward" to others. Thank you to everyone for the assistance.
You are welcome to use/re-post any of my photos without asking. Please give me credit as "JennO" if you are posting on FAG or "JennO at FindAGrave" elsewhere.

|Mary Smith||Mary Lincoln Wakeman Curtis|
Mary Wakeman and William B Curtis had two sons: Edgar Wakeman Curtis and Waldo Bostwick Curtis. See my tree: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=DESC&db=marysmith&id=I9577
My mother was Patricia Josephine Waltz Gill. Although Claud Waltz was her mother's husband he was the black sheep of the family, mostly absent. Her actual father was Edgar Wakeman Curtis. My mother well remembered her grandmother, Mary Wakeman Curtis, particularly for providing her and older sister with books and for baking them cookies! I met my real grandfather, Edgar Curtis, at a family Christmas when I was 9. He stayed very close with my aunt Jewel until his death.
If you see any errors in my representation of your family on my tree, I'd be happy to make corrections and extend the branches so others can find their connections.
