Bio and Links
Bio Photo Amateur photographer and geologist; mountain bike rider. Serious genealogist. Author of Arcadia Publishing's Images of America, Mount St Helens. I make frequent trips to the Oregon State Archives in Salem and am able to look up/copy documents.
Feel free to use, for non-commercial use only, any photo I have on FAG - however, please give me credit for it. If anyone is able to make use of a photo I've taken I'd like to hear from you. It is nice to know that the photos, and listings, have been of use to someone!
Please note that many, but not all, of my edits are being done under the name: Invenio Sepulchrum.
I consider myself 'advanced' when it comes to researching Swedish ancestors. Can I help you?

Thank you so much, David. It looks like you had to dig out her headstone and clean the mud off. Good job! I appreciate your efforts more than you can know.

RE: Isaac Fenno - Canton Cemetery
Welcome to the family. I'm descended from their daughter Elizabeth Kimber Fenno. Are you? If so, by her husband, that makes us descendants of Francis Cooke, a Mayflower passenger. Do you know if Isaac is a Mayflower Descendent?

RE: Isaac Fenno - Canton Cemetery
OK I understand. I'll have to contact the cemetery to find out. But thanks again for the invaluable clue to my family tree.

Isaac Fenno - Canton Cemetery
I'm a descendent of Isaac and Hannah Puffer and when I found your memorial is the first time we've had clue to where they might be buried. Thank you
I'm curious if you have pictures of the other sides of Isaac's stone. Do you know if his first wife Hannah Puffer buried with him?

Petrolia Pioneer Cemetery
Hello David and thank you for documenting memorials at the cemetery. Could you please transfer the memorials so that in coordination with the Mattole Valley Historical Society I can add biographical information and photographs. This cemetery has been the subject of much background research even before there was a Find A Grave! Thank you
