Resident of Wayne County, New York and I enjoy doing genealogy as a hobby. I have worked on documenting an Eaton family in Wayne County, NY and a Wilderman family in Illinois. My work on a Davis family in Indiana has come to a brick wall. Active in local historical village (www.heritagesquaremuseum.org) and in local UCC church (www.ontarioimmanuel.com).|
Also a charter member of the Wayne County New York Genealogical Society (www.wcnygs.com) and current platkeeper for the Furnaceville Rural Cemetery in Ontario, Wayne County, New York, (www.furnacevillecemetery.com).

I believe the dates are off. Based on the year of birth and the year of death, he would be 130 years young.

Bob, thank you so much for all your hard work in photographing and entering cemetery data in Wayne County. You have captured many photos of our Whitcomb family and the effort is very much appreciated! For the memorial listed in the title above: The first name for this baby is Floyd - not Lloyd. I know the stone is Very! hard to read. However, all our family records and verbal history indicate his first name was Floyd. My grandmother was his sister, Lucy Ann Whitcomb -Lewis. I'd like other family members to easily find baby Floyd. (Note: Floyd was one of 14 children born to Darwin and Johanna Whitcomb; 4 died in infancy.)
Thank for your time and attention to this matter.
Please feel free to contact me if you need further information.
