I have been researching my family and my husbands now for thirteen years(I know, some of you have been doing it a whole lot longer). We have gone back to the 1700's.|
We have been luckly enough to be able to travel to do our research. I've been to Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, Salt Lake City. I have met and researched with distant relatives. I have also had the opportunity to get some instruction from the very best when I first started.
I think Find a Grave is a fantastic site to be able to honor our ancesters. Doing the family research has really helped with doing their memorials. Plus it makes me feel like I am doing something for them.
Believe it or not I have a binder full of cemetery pictures from our research travels. I get teased a lot about that and the fact that I get really excited when I get a death certificate or an obituary in the mail.
When there is a photo request in my area I will do that. But I have not signed up as a volunteer.

|Sandra Jordan||Joseph Little|
I have been researching my fraternal grandparents and think that I may be a granddaughter of your Joseph. My great grandmother was Salina Emma D. Little (Duke) Her father was Joseph Harrison Little born Jan 13, 1854, his father Joseph Early Little born. Nov 16, 1824 Jackson co. Ga.
Josiah Little born 1795, Wilkes Co. Ga,is father of Joseph Early. My research shows that William Joseph Little, born Union SC 1771 was the father of Josiah Little, born 1795.
Can you confirm any of this information?
This is where things are a bit unclear. My research shows that Captain George Little born 1795 in Dumfries Scotland was the father of William "Joseph"
I hope this is all clear to you. Thanks for listening

There appears to be two memorials for George Washington Traylor, 130866864 and 130863887.

I am sorry for your loss.
I see the mistake of only Jane and Caroline belonging to parents David E. and Fannie Hier. However I don't own any of the Hiers anymore and can't change the mistake. Wish I could....

I would transfer her but her's is not a memorial I created.
