Thank you, Cathy. I had contacted the folks at the other graves, too. Glad to have Ruth back with her family! ---Tracie

I'm doing a genealogy for a friend, and I ran into her grandmother being left out of her family on FindAGrave. You are listed as the person in charge of her gravestone on FindAGrave, so I hope this is useful information for you:
Ruth Emma Parr Davis (1901 – 1982)
She married William Carr Davis, ran off to Hillsboro, and apparently wasn't recognized by FindAGrave from Corsicana!
Thought you might like to update your graves pages for accuracy. Her parents are
James Knox Parr (1863 - 1954)
and Maude Drane Parr (1876 - 1908)
Thought you might want to add her parents and siblings to her information.
Thank you very much,

|Carrie (Osborne) Damon||John Maltsberger photo request|
I was in the cemetery today and found Ruth Maltsberger, John's mother, and an obvious, unmarked burial next to her. Since I did not find another, I wonder if this might be John's resting place? I took a photo if you would like one, just in case, but didn't want to fill the photo request with it. Let me know if you would like this photo. Thanks.

Thanks Cathy. I actually did meet Odie Adcock Cochran in 1979, briefly.

Do you know who Mary L. Cochran's parents are. My great grandmother, Lillie Cochran, I think, Is from the Cochran Family in Hill County. I just don't have any idea who Mary L. Cochran is. Thank you, Denise Lunt

I am a part of a small group attempting to update Find A Grave memorials and find burials in Milwaukie Pioneer Cemetery in Oregon. You placed a memorial flower on both of the above Clarks sites. I am hopeful that you are acquainted with them and can help us. We are unable to find grave markers, too soon to seek death certificates, found only Lester's obituary and it didn't say buried in MPC and the Cemetery records (albeit somewhat inaccurate in places) do not contain either of these Clarks. Did you happen to know them? Did you attend the burial and actually see them placed in MPC? Do you know anyone who is family/friend that might have information, no matter how slight, that might help us? We'd really like to have their names/location of burials on the master list we are preparing for public information/genealogy etc.
I APPRECIATE YOUR POSSIBLE ASSISTANCE!

Cathy, I made some edits to Joe Bob's memorial. I have since found a second site, both sponsored by you. It might be nice if you could merge the two.
The numbers are 7194717 and 13488015.
You posted one edit I made before I could take it down. I found a birth certificate where his mother "corrected" his name to "Joe Bob." He was born Joseph Robert, named after a grandfather, but never used, or liked, that name. Every other record I can find in this pile of stuff says he used Joe Bob as his true name.
I leave any changes to the site to your personal judgment. I've linked his daughter to the later site, 13488015.
Please contact me if I can help with this.

While in Michigan for family and to do research in Cornell Cemetery, I looked to fulfill this request but could not find headstone. When sexton came to help we walked to area and he related to me the area which did not have a headstone. I took photo of area to indicate this, please let me know if you would like me to post it. He also took photo of section in his book to show her name recorded there, will forward to you if you wish. Kennetta
