"We Are The Story Tellers: We are the chosen. My feelings are, in each family, there is one who seems called to find the ancestors. To put flesh on their bones and make them live again, to tell the family story and to feel that somehow they know and approve. To me, doing genealogy is not a cold gathering of facts but, instead, breathing life into all those who have gone before. We are the storytellers of the tribe. All tribes have one. We have been called, as it were, by our genes. Those who have gone before cry out to us: Tell our story."

When there is no flower on a memorial, I leave one regardless of whether related or not. This is to honor the person.

Thank you to all our Veterans for their service to our country. My family of Veterans dates back to the Revolutionary War and continues today with several cousins who are career military. I honor all of you.

Thank you to all Police Officers. I honor each of you for your bravery and service to your community.

Thank you to all the Find a Grave volunteers for your many hours of 'free' endeavors to make this website better day by day. Also, I appreciate all the flowers and tokens left on my memorials.

If necessary to contact me, please use the "Suggest other correction" edit tab on the first memorial I manage. Thank you.
