Wow that's quite the project you have going! I'd be happy to help out if any might be buried in the Springfield, MA area. I see one of them is buried in Hillcrest Park Cemetery that I was at today. Maybe there are others? I'll keep my eye out for sure.
If I may ask, what inspired you to do this? Have you always been interested in the fire?

Hello! Just letting you know I've updated the memorials for the Burby couple to include the picture of their headstone which I've taken today.
|Valarie Vine||William Kleinsorge|
I am still puzzled by my entries for this gentleman. Not sure what happened, but I changed a few items. I am not related to any of the Kleinsorge folks that I've added here in northern California and would be happy to transfer any or all of the memorials for that family to you. Let me know if you'd like the transfer. Thanks.
Thanks for the updates :)

No doubt I wandered across the un-marked line into the Catholic grounds. I've sent them to you in case you can use the spare parts. Thank you! wk

Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Now I need to find out where her husband is buried.

Please accept my apology. I did not mean to offend you or your work.
Indeed if you had FOUND the grave, I would very grateful.
My concern is with so-called researchers who are merely staking claims to the deceased, using other publicly available records, without adding any value. It serves no purpose to replicate on this site information which is already readily available.
As I mentioned in my letter, I found it deeply offensive when one 'researcher' claimed my parents burial BEFORE they had been interred.
This is troubling to me because the management of Find-A-grave assigns credit to the first registrant, NOT the actual contributor. They enable copyright violation on certain materials I have written, and also dis-serve the research community.
I am sincerely glad to know of your good intentions, and appreciate your efforts on behalf of everyone who seeks to find information about a departed family member.

I already know when and how my cousin Monica Conlon died in the Cocoanut Grove Fire.
But this site is FIND A GRAVE.
You did not find the grave nor are you helping others to visit the memorials of their family members if you don't include the burial location.
I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I would rather have your sincere help.
Other contributors on Find A Grave have hijacked my parents, and put them on here BEFORE they were even buried. This made it difficult for me to memorialize my own mother and father, because someone else 'owned' the memorial.
Please respect others. If you have information about the burial location please know that people will be very grateful.
But this service appears to be becoming a contest to see who can add the most graves. And that is something I do not appreciate.
