Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi my name is Kim, married with 2 wonderful children. I love to spend time outdoors and spend time with family and friends.

I came across this website and realized this is a wonderful place. I have used this site several times myself, so I thought that I would give back by adding local cemeteries. I have done the Franklinville & Seven Stars Cemetery. I have to say that writing down all the names and taking photos was very interesting for me. I just wish that we had the chance to meet them and hear their story about life. Thank you to everyone that submitted information to this site. If there are any corrections or additions to the names I post please contact me and I will be sure to get it fixed or added.

The ultimate goal should be to have meaningful, accurate memorials that honor those who have passed away, regardless of who created the memorial or who maintains it. :)

RE: Peachman
These aren't my best quality of photos, so if you remember later in the spring when the weather gets better, I'd be willing to update the photos for James Peachman if you remind me.

You're very welcome- glad I could help. I did some more digging on those children and I couldn't come up with anything.

P. S.-
I live 2 miles from Grandview, but I goofed- they're in Forest Lawn, but that's still very close to me.

RE: Peachman & Barclay
Kim,

I'm glad the extra info was usefull. Depending on how James' headstone is set up, and since we're only allowed to have 5 photos/documents on his memorial, there is a chance I may have to take one document off, so the one that is the least priority in my opinion is the one at the bottom which is the 4th document, the VA Application for Headstone. If you want a copy of it, you may want to save it now just in case.

Since he is in Forest Lawn, if it is a double plaque, I normally take a photo of the whole plaque, then a close-up of each name plate. That's only because a photo of just the whole plaque makes it hard to see the individual names, thus the close-ups. If that's the case, then I'll have to take that document off. If he and his wife have individual plaques, then I'll only need one photo and it won't matter.

As for the weather, I'll do the best I can. I'm very picky about the photos I take and I'm never 100% satisfied with the ones I take during this time of the year because of the weather.

If you want, and don't feel as if it's a bother because I only live 2 miles from Grandview and I'm there all the time- remind me in the spring of the one you may want to be taken again and I'll take updated photos. I do it all the time and have no problem at all. In fact, with my OCD with these darn photos, I feel better about it. I just can't remember because I take so many.

So if you think about it, you don't have to do a request- just shoot me a message and a list and I'll re-do them. Trust me, it'll make me feel better about having better quality photos to have posted on the memorials for years to come and you'll have better quality photos for your family tree/research.

As you see, I also added a little bit of extra information to his 2 wives and his son Robert. Some of the info has to be "accepted" by the memorial owners after I had made the update suggestions, so I'm not sure if they're showing or not.

If you don't mind, send me the names and dates, or what ever you have on the children James had to his first wife and I'll see what I can dig up for you. I can't guarantee anything of course, but you never know.

RE: Peachman & Barclay
I see you requested a headstone photo for James Peachman that I claimed. He's in a memorial park and we're under a blanket of snow after this latest storm and since he's in a memorial park with a marker that's flush with the ground, it may be some time until the snow melts enough to be able to get a good photo. I just thought I'd pass that along, but I'll get it for 'ya.

Also, in the meantime, I added some documents to James' memorial that might help you. Hopefully you'll find them usefull.
