Bio

Just a humble Onion Maiden from Colonial Connecticut. I have been a fan of historic cemeteries from early childhood. No stone left unturned in the pursuit of ancestors...If you have taken a better picture of a stone than I have, please let me know and I will be happy to take my shoddy one down. It's hit or miss with weather and lighting, I understand that and I often ere on the side of "It's better to put up something than nothing." So seriously, send me a note. You will not hurt my feelings. Yes, you may use my pictures however you wish. Post them on Ancestry, websites what have you. I am taking them just to get them out there before they are gone. I live right near an early colonial graveyard, so I really am alarmed at how quickly the older stones are starting to leave us. The difference between a photo taken just two or three years ago and now is startling.
