Bio and Links
I started researching on my family in 2002, and since then have found alot of information, and have been in contact with some great people who have contributed to my information in many ways. I enjoy finding new people who fit into my family line.

Some of the families I have been doing research on are Madison Martin and Nancy Byerly Family, Mathias Harmon and Nancy Eddleman Family, Henry Engleman and Ollie Garot Family, David Kelly and Laura C. Keller. All of the above Familes are from the Southern Indiana Area.

Some of the surnames in my family are Pennington, Hottell, Sears, Hogan, Thomas, Baylor, Eddleman, Utz, Keithley, Walts, Eaton, Davis, Summers

Also I am researching the Hyden family that were from Virginia and believed to have come from England.

If you have any information that you can add to anyone that I have added let me know and I will be glad to add it to there bio.

If I have added a name to a cemetery and you want the gravestone photo for it I might have it, and just haven't gotten around to posting it yet feel free to contact me and I will get the photo added as soon as I can for you.

Shirley Farrell
My name is Shirley Grant Farrell, Tartan Douglas Smith is my 3rd cousin 4x removed. Him and his family are related to me thru my Duggins family. I liked the info you put on his wife's Laura's memorial. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the obit. I have added it and while doing so was able to connect her to one son, one daughter and have sent in the request for her to be linked to her parents. I appreciate all you do.

Elmer Sears
Are you by chance related to Elmer? I was doing genealogy for my step-grandfather's family and wouldn't have found the information for his wife otherwise past what was in the obituary. Elmer was a very nice person.

Jacob Summers
Hi Erica, Thanks for the photo of Christina Summers headstone. Is there a photo of Jacob's stone? Or has it crumbled like his brother John's? Is there a book listing these graves perhaps in a local library? Thanks for your volunteer work. Marti

It seems you have created a duplicate memorial for Lewis Summers #58218465. It should be Levi Summers and that memorial already exists.

James M. & Frederick Engleman

I am curious if you might know if James M. Engleman b. 1817 and Frederick Engleman b. 1812 are related.

They both married Louisa Burke in Floyd County, Indiana James being her first marriage. He died before 1860 in Floyd County.

William Sears b.1816
Erica, are you sure William Sears #25086001 is buried in Liberty Cemetery in Orange Co.? The reason I'm asking, is someone else shows his gravestone in Old Union Cemetery #37947064 in Lawrence Co. All my records show William's family in Lawrence County and nearly all their children are buried in Old Union. thx. :-)

RE: Henry Garten -- Garten Cemetery
Apparently this cemetery is in WV - I don't know how Clinton Township, MI got into the mix.
