In the course of researching and putting together my family tree, my husband and I have come to realize just how fulfilling it is to have an answer. This site helped us find some of ours. We appreciate the opportunity to help others find theirs. |
My husband is a linguist who has a particular interest in Old German gravestones. He's always willing to help translate if desired.

|Becky Cook||Mary Miller Englar|
Hi. As far as I know Mary was my gggreat grandmother. I'm curious about the Miller name. I'm guessing that was her maiden name. Do you have information on her parents? She has been one of my brickwalls.
|Dixie||Anna Belle Spurrier Stambaugh|
Hi I was just wondering if you have any info or pictures of Anna Belle Spurrier Stambaugh? She was my 2nd great aunt.

If Catherine Royal Roop died 11 July 1837 at the age of 61 years that means she was born in 1776 not 1773 as shown. Thanks for all your work. Jan

There's two James S. Hendersons in St. Lukes Lutheran Cemetery. Looks like you added a photo of the wrong stone to memorial# 124238124 in 2014. I added the correct stone today. You did add a photo to the correct memorial# 46131755 in 2011.
