I have been doing genealogy since 2000. I enjoy going to cemeteries as there is so much history in them. Have you ever thought about what is on a tombstone, why it was put on it, what is the meaning behind it-religious, organization, personal?Let me know if any of the memorials are your relatives and I will transfer ownership if I am not related.I will make any corrections needed.|

It was hugh one in Phoenix. You know, if you really mean it and you can get this done for me or with me I should say, I will even join your group. I have a grandson and a sister inlaw that live in Auroa and Littleton. No, I live about 35 miles out of town and there is not a chapter down around here that I could find. Let me know what you think. I changed the working on my list of grandfathers to indicate who they fought with. I think you can tell I am proud of my family.

Nancy, I went to one meeting and I know I am not a club person. I kind of was turned off because the women that I met were. well lets put it like this, one would have thought they won the war. I feel like I was just plain lucky. I have sat here with two boxes of papers that are complete and have never sent them in. I want to but I hope to find other women who are more down to earth. I don't know if it was them or me but I have both a daughter and grandaughter that sure want me to join. Do you belong?
|Linda J. Morris||Irene Cunningham McGuire|
Hello Nancy, are you by any chance related to Irene. Please will you contact me if you are. I have about 20, give or take a couple, of generations up the tree for her. Please let me know. Her ancestors were Quaker who came in 1682 with William Penn.

|Bryan Anderson||Herbert Arthur Schmidt|
I am researching my paternal grandfather's WWI army unit, Company B, 355th Infantry, 89th Division. According to documentation, Herbert Arthur Schmidt was a member of this unit.
I'm not sure where I'm going with my project, but I'm hoping to eventually publish something. When I do, would it be permissible to use your photograph of the grave of Herbert Arthur Schmidt (Find A Grave Memorial# 41023960)?
