Please feel comfortable about contacting me if you have corrections or additional information you would like me to add. Be sure to add "findagrave" on the subject line. Photos are for your personal use only.|
Please do not ask me to copy obituary notice to the record unless you are the author, since this would be in violation of one of the FAG policies. You may, however, provide the newspaper name, publication location, date of publication and page #. If the obit provides information such as the parents' names, I will add.

Thanks for the information. I have been in the hospital for several weeks and not up to researching but your premises makes sense about the last two children being born after the year of his death and I recall the Solomon H in the marriage records. The only way I could figure to reconcile, since findagrave would not let me separate spouses, I deleted and recreated Solomon S. Clayton and added your information to Mary Catherine's page. This also effectively separated Solomon S. from the children because it assigned him a new number. Always looking to get the best information possible out there. Do you know where Solomon H. Clayton is buried?

That's great I've been rechecking the Cedar Hill records plus trudging through again to get some memorials I missed the first time around. Plus Cedar Hill has the records online at cemeteryfind.com they even have a mapit so I can find the spots. Printed a bunch out for tomorrow.

Yes, I didn't notice, but good for him for having a daughter at the age of 71! I will email you photos of my references. Thank you!

"France" still appears on label. The rest looks good.

Sorry for the email mishap.
There were a couple of mixups in entry for Frances Loomis Olcott, Center Cemetery, South Windsor, CT.
Her name and age at death are shown correctly on the gravestone photo, but not on the labels.
Her parents are Eliakim Olcott and Anna Olcott, both at Center Cemetery. She had a sister Eliza, also at Center.
The South Windsor Historical Society recently acquired a sampler that Frances made at age 10, which verifies the information, as do census records and H. R. Stiles' "History of Ancient Windsor."
Your work at Find a Grave is extremely helpful and much appreciated.
